Pre-School

We provide a pre-school program for age appropriate children at no additional cost. Being CDA Certified, I am a teacher with formal child care training focused on early childhood education. We designate a regular portion of each day to teach letters, shapes, colors & number recognition, science, math, seasons, calendar activities, and more. We will be closely monitoring each child's progress and abilities to make sure each child is engaged and learning at their unique rate of development. Our goal for this program is to provide stimulating activities for the social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development of your child. We want to do everything possible to make sure your child is prepared for their first day of Kindergarten.

Hands On Outdoor Learning

Our home sits on 3 acres of land, so we have a wonderful opportunity to get out and explore nature as a group. We will be planting and tending garden boxes every year to yield healthy produce to eat and share. We also will be going on nature "walkabouts" to scavenge for safe crafting materials, have outdoor picnics, examine wildlife, and more.

In addition we also have a completely fenced in area for more free play activities with outdoor equipment under a sun shade sail.

Learning With Play

Children will enjoy dramatic play, arts & crafts, dance, interactive learning games, puzzles, block building, music, and more throughout the entire year. My husband is a musician, and loves introducing young minds to the sound of live music in the classroom on a regular basis.

Meals And Snacks

We will serve breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack to your child on a consistent schedule. We will abide by the USDA food program to ensure menus are healthy and nutritious. Nutrition lessons will also be a part of our program.
